Hayley Ray joined Five States Energy as Manager of Enterprise Initiatives, where she supports strategic projects, drives process improvements, and advances digital transformation efforts across the organization.
Prior to joining Five States, Hayley held finance and strategy roles in the energy and life sciences sectors, advising on commercialization strategies, fundraising, and operational improvements. She also spent nearly a decade at UT Southwestern Medical Center conducting research on cholesterol and fatty acid metabolism.
Hayley holds an MBA in Energy Finance and Strategy from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, visiting art museums, and spending time with her chocolate lab, Sooie.
