Rhonda Davis is the Executive Assistant to our Chairman, Jim Gibbs and our President and CEO, John Kiser. Rhonda also serves as the Office Manager for Five States handling all office managerial duties. She maintains most of the relationships with many vendors who provide supplies and services to the company. She is also the point person for experiences/events that build and support our company culture.
Prior to joining Five States in May of 2025, Rhonda worked at K-Star Asset Management LLC as the executive assistant to the Direct Lending and Special Services executive teams.
Rhonda is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys cooking for friends and family, reading and traveling.
